To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with your order number, receipt, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days. Once your request is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you have accessed more than 20% of the course but less than 50%, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of content accessed.

We do not offer exchanges for purchased courses. If you wish to upgrade to a more advanced course, you must purchase it separately.
